Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your natural waistline. Remember to keep the tape loose while measuring. 

 

Hips: While standing up straight with your feet a few inches apart, measure around the fullest part of your hip.

 

Inseam: Measure the length between your groin and the bottom of your leg. Lay a pair of pants that fit you well flat on a surface and measure the inside seam from crotch to hem.
