Return Policy

On the Rocks gladly accepts returns on all items within 30 days of receiving your order.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless you received it this way).

Simply email us at ontherocksmenswear@gmail.com with your name and description of what you’re returning, and we’ll email you back a pre-paid shipping label.

Then ship the garment and packing slip (that was included in your shipment), using the pre-paid shipping label.

After we receive the merchandise and packing slip, we will process your return on the same payment method you used to purchase.  Return payment is typically processed within 1 week of receipt of the merchandise.
